Copyright of the Artwork remains the sole property of "The Artist" Michael M Luzzi. You may not produce any image of the Artwork, and may not, at any time, publish or submit for publication or reproduction any image of the Artwork to any third party, including any internet website for any purpose.
Ordering
In placing an order you are responsible for supplying all required information upon submitting your order. The submission must include your name, shipping and billing address, telephone number, a valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, in which case the customer’s only remedy is a refund of any payment(s) made for the order.
Color Matching
The colors of images viewed on electronic devices, ie Computers, Cell Phones, Tablets etc., may not appear as the colors on our manufactured products. Therefore, there is no guarantee that the images as seen online on any electronic device will necessarily be an exact color match as on the final product.
Retail Sales
These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to the retail sale of (any and all "Artwork") by ("The Artist"), Michael M. Luzzi to you.
Payment
Payment in full is required for any order and must be made at the time the order is placed. You must make payments by credit card. In the event of a stopped payment, or other failure to submit pre-payment, Michael M Luzzi Fine Art shall have the right to cancel the order.
Sales Tax
Our Clients are solely responsible for any state, local, or federal sales, use, VAT, excise, import fees, or other taxes. When we are required to collect taxes from buyers, we will include the amounts in the total price of the order.
RETURN POLICY
Retail Products
Retail Products include all artworks: Limited Editions, Open Editions Fine Art, on archival paper, canvas, and metal; framed, matted or un-framed and un-matted. These Limited Editions, and Open Editions are custom-made and as such, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Each piece of Fine Art is custom produced to order. As such, we are unable to change your artwork once the order is placed.
HOWEVER - Within 14 days of the purchase of art, the artist would consider giving a store credit for a future purchase at the same ($) amount the artwork was purchased for as long as the returned piece is in like-new condition, the same as it was when it was sold. This credit would be good for thirty days after the return of the original piece of artwork purchased. (The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs).
Our goal at Michael M Luzzi Fine Art is to provide beautiful artwork to enhance your home, and or office and we hope you will be very happy with your new artwork. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason please let us know and we will do our very best to make it right.
Please Note: In the event that the product becomes damaged during shipping please contact us and we will be happy to ship you a replacement at no additional charge.
